Founded by Dr. Andrew Vo, U.S. Army Major and board-certified pediatric dentist, and Dr. Marcus Heffner, also a board-certified pediatric dentist, Tiny Tooth Co. was built on a simple vision: to create a dental home where children feel safe, families feel supported, and smiles are celebrated at every stage.

We designed our practice to blend modern, evidence-based dentistry with fun, kid-friendly experiences. Every choice — from the mid-century design of our office to our hidden toy speakeasy, Tiny’s Prize Palace — was made to reduce fear, inspire confidence, and make dental visits something kids look forward to.

Most dental offices are filled with white coats, scrubs, and intimidating tools. At Tiny Tooth Co., you’ll notice right away that things feel different. Our team doesn’t wear white coats or scrubs — we dress in welcoming, kid-friendly attire so children feel at ease. We even offer office tours before the first appointment to help kids slowly desensitize to the sights and sounds of the dental office.

We believe in giving families the time, attention, and compassion they deserve. Other offices may rush; we listen, learn about each child’s personality, and celebrate milestones. Our goal isn’t just to complete treatments — it’s to grow with your family, year after year.

We proudly practice conservative, minimally invasive dentistry — always aiming to preserve healthy tooth structure while keeping children comfortable. We also specialize in early expansion and early intervention to guide developing smiles in the healthiest direction.

As an amalgam-free, latex-free, and BPA-free practice, we’re committed to safety at every level. Our digital X-rays use ultra-low radiation, so safe that thyroid shields are no longer required — but we use them anyway, because precaution matters.

Every decision we make follows the latest guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) and the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD), giving parents confidence that their child is receiving trusted, evidence-based care.

From day one, Tiny Tooth Co. has been more than a pediatric dental office — we’re a community partner. In just our first year, we gave back over $75,000 to local schools, charities, and families in need. We also welcome daily dental interns, providing hands-on training that inspires the next generation of pediatric dentists.
