Tiny Tooth Co.
Terms of Service

Welcome to Tiny Tooth Co. We are committed to providing specialized, compassionate dental care for your child. By accessing our website or scheduling an appointment at our clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Our practice operates under the elite clinical leadership of our Board-Certified pediatric specialists:

  • Dr. Andrew T. Vo, DDS, MS: A graduate of USC and Chief Resident alumnus of Nationwide Children’s Hospital/The Ohio State University, specializing in complex medical needs and multidisciplinary pediatric care.

  • Dr. Marcus Heffner, DDS (Dr. March): An expert in special needs dentistry with a foundation in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) and a passion for treating children with developmental and behavioral challenges.

Together, our doctors provide a standard of care built on patience, clinical excellence, and a deep understanding of unique patient populations. These policies ensure we maintain that high level of service for every family.

Clinical Care and Patient Guidelines

We treat children from infancy through adolescence. To deliver safe and effective care, we rely on complete transparency from parents and legal guardians.

Before we initiate any dental treatment, you must provide an accurate, fully updated medical history for your child. This includes all current medications, known allergies, and prior medical diagnoses. Because we frequently coordinate care for children with complex needs, this information is vital for your child's safety

Appointment and Scheduling Policies

When you book an appointment, we reserve a dedicated clinical room and staff specifically for your child. We do not double-book our schedule.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer that time slot to another family waiting for care.

  • Missed Appointments: Families who miss appointments without providing prior notice may incur a standard cancellation fee of $75 per child. Repeated missed appointments may result in a dismissal from the practice.

  • Arrival Times: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any incomplete necessary digital paperwork. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to ensure we do not delay care for other patients.

Website Use and
Medical Disclaimer

The content provided on the Tiny Tooth Co. website—including blog posts, service descriptions, and FAQ sections—is strictly for educational purposes.

Reading our website does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. The digital information we provide never replaces professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult directly with Dr. Andrew Vo, Dr. Marcus Heffner, or your child's primary care physician regarding any specific dental or medical conditions.

Digital Communications

By submitting your phone number and email address through our online forms, you consent to receive digital communications from our office. These may include appointment reminders, post-treatment care instructions, and secure billing links. You can opt out of non-essential text messages or emails at any time by contacting our front desk or texting “STOP” to 949-335-7303.

Financial Agreements
and Insurance

We believe pediatric dental care should be accessible, transparent, and straightforward. At Tiny Tooth Co., our clinical recommendations are always based on what is best for your child’s oral health—not on the limitations of an insurance plan.

Tiny Tooth Co. accepts most major PPO dental insurance plans. As a courtesy to our families, our team will verify your benefits and submit claims on your behalf. Please note that dental insurance policies vary widely and are a contract between you and your insurance provider.

Because of this, insurance benefits cannot guarantee coverage or payment. The parent or legal guardian accompanying the child is ultimately responsible for all costs associated with treatment, including co-payments, deductibles, and any services not covered by insurance.

Before any treatment is performed, our team will always review a clear, itemized treatment plan along with an estimated breakdown of costs so you can make informed decisions about your child’s care.
